How big is a Blue Whale?

This gives you idea how really big the Blue Whale is!

A Blue Whale or Balaenoptera Musculus as we call it here at the Research Maniacs' headquarters is the largest animal on earth.

The Blue Whale can be as long as 100 feet and weigh almost 400,000 pounds.

To give you an idea of how massive the Blue Whale is, imagine you put it on the floor of a NBA basketball court. It would not only cover the entire length of the floor, but would even stick out a foot on either end.

If you could make the Blue Whale stand on its tail fin, it could peek in the windows on the eighth floor of an office building.

As written above, the Blue Whale is the largest animal on Earth. Although it is not a fish, it is a marine animal. If you compare it to the largest land animal, the elephant, it will give you an even a better understanding of how really big the Blue Whale is. The Blue Whale can weigh as much as 25 large elephants.
