healthy. However, coconut oil is used for many things, in
addition to food, and you may be curious about how coconut
oil is made.
As you may have guessed from its name, the main ingredient of
coconut oil is in fact the meat of coconuts from coconut palm trees.
Without going into all the modern machines factories use to make
coconut oil, the basic principle is that coconut oil is made by
boiling wet coconuts, making a thick gooey texture.
This coconut goo is then squeezed through a strainer and the liquid that
comes out is called coconut oil.
