Oaks Amusement Park
Oaks Amusement Park in Portland, Oregon
3.5 miles south of downtown Portland is a small amusement park called Oaks Park. The park opened in 1905. That is a long time ago!
In the park, there are midway games and two-dozen fun rides. My favorite ride is the Looping Thunder.
It is a scary roller coaster that loops in the middle.
Even though the park is only open in the summer, they have a wooden roller rink that is open year round.
Oaks Park is exciting for kids, so bring them here to have fun!
