When we sorted the cities in Arizona by land area, we also found that Phoenix is the largest city in Arizona. The eleven largest cities in Arizona, sorted by land area, are Phoenix, Buckeye, Tucson, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Peoria, Sierra Vista, Mesa, Yuma, Marana, and Eloy.
