When we sorted the cities in Tennessee by land area, we found that Nashville is the largest city in Tennessee. The seven largest cities in Tennessee, sorted by land area, are Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, Lynchburg, Clarksville, Knoxville, and Oak Ridge.
