What grade are you in when you are 10?

Do you know someone who is 10 years old and you wonder what grade they’re in? When you are 10 years old, you are either in the second half of 4th grade or the first half of 5th grade.

If it is the first half of the calendar year (spring), then a 10 year old is probably in 4th grade.

If it is the second part of the calendar year (fall), then a 10 year old is probably in 5th grade. (Last year of elementary school)
