How many hours of sleep does a pre-schooler at the age of 3 years need per day you ask?
We are all different and all answers do not apply to all people. However, according to the National Sleep Foundation, it is recommended that a pre-schooler at age 3 years needs the following amount of sleep per day:
10-13 hours
Maximum Sleep
As many as 14 hours of sleep may be appropriate for a 3-Year-old. The Foundation does not recommend more than 14 hours of sleep for a pre-schooler at the age of 3 years.
Minimum Sleep
As few as 8-9 hours of sleep may be appropriate for a 3-Year-old. The Foundation does not recommend less than 8 hours of sleep for a pre-schooler at the age of 3 years.
