How Much Sleep Does A 22-Year-Old Young Adult Need?




How many hours of sleep does a young adult at the age of 22 years need per day you ask?

We are all different and all answers do not apply to all people. However, according to the National Sleep Foundation, it is recommended that a young adult at age 22 years needs the following amount of sleep per day:

7-9 hours


Maximum Sleep
As many as 10-11 hours of sleep may be appropriate for a 22-Year-old. The Foundation does not recommend more than 11 hours of sleep for a young adult at the age of 22 years.

Minimum Sleep
As few as 6 hours of sleep may be appropriate for a 22-Year-old. The Foundation does not recommend less than 6 hours of sleep for a young adult at the age of 22 years.
