What is full disclosure?

The seller provides complete information about the state of the property. It may be defects or problems. Some disclosures are required by law, such as lead paint hazards.

Full disclosure may also mean informing of other things that may not have been caught by the inspection, such as a roof leak after heavy rain, or heavy draft from windows during winter months.
