What is Good Faith Estimate?
This is the estimated closing cost submitted by the lender to the borrower within three days of the loan application. It should include all fees and costs and what the borrower
should expect to pay at closing.
It includes discount points, title fees, escrow items, commission, postage and everything else related to making the real estate transaction close.
