He was an actor, union representative and broadcaster before he became President of the United States at age 69. His place of primary affiliation was California.
Ronald Reagan became president on Tuesday, January 20, 1981 and left the office on Friday, January 20, 1989. President Ronald Reagan was a member of the Republican Party and his vice president was George H. W. Bush.

Reagan took responsibility for it, but maintained that he did not know what had happened.
Ronald Reagan was 69 and America's oldest president. Ronald Reagan was 93 years old when he died on June 5, 2004.
