There are two ways of measuring your band size. You can measure the band size just under your bust as illustrated below. If you measure below your bust, then round UP to the nearest even number of inches. You can also measure above your bust, where the straps are attached to the cup as illustrated below. If you measure above your bust, then round DOWN to the nearest even number of inches. Both ways will require a soft fabric measuring tape or a piece of string which can be used for measuring around you, and then measured against a stiff ruler, yard stick or measuring tape. For the most accurate measurement, make sure the measuring tape or string is straight across your back so it's horizontal all around your body. You want it snug against your skin so there's no sag, but not pulled so tight that it digs in.
