When researching the largest cities in Wyoming, Research Maniacs used two different criteria for determining the largest city in Wyoming.

First, we looked at the population of all major cities in Wyoming from the last census and sorted the cities accordingly.

Secondly, we looked at all the city maps in Wyoming to find how much land area the cities cover and sorted the cities accordingly.

When we sorted the cities in Wyoming by population, we found that Cheyenne is the largest city in Wyoming. The five largest cities in Wyoming, sorted by population, are Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, Gillette, and Rock Springs.

When we sorted the cities in Wyoming by land area, we also found that Cheyenne is the largest city in Wyoming.
