How to make Iced Coffee
This is how you make Iced Coffee!
First of all, what is Iced Coffee? Iced Coffee is a drink;
cold coffee with ice cubes. It tastes delicious on a hot
summer day while providing the caffeine you need to get
you through the day.
Well, as you may have imagined, making Iced Coffee is not
exactly super difficult, but there are some things that
you should consider while making Iced Coffee to make it
just right.
The short instructions are that you simply make coffee the
normal way, fill a cup with ice cubes, and then pour the coffee
in it. However, don't stop reading now. There is a little
more to it to make the perfect Iced Coffee.
1) Brew the coffee: When brewing the coffee, we like to make it
a little stronger than normal or use darker roasted coffee. It
seems like cold coffee loses some of it taste and the darker
brew compensates for that.
2) Mix your coffee: You want to put in your cream and any
other sweetener you like now while the coffee is hot. If
you put it in when it is cold is seems to separate and it
does not blend very well.
3) Fill a cup with ice cubes: The ice cubes may dilute the
coffee a little, which is another reason why you make it stronger in
step one. You may also pre-make ice cubes out of coffee to use in this
drink.
DO NOT use a glass, as the hot coffee poured into cold glass may crack the
glass.
4) Pour coffee: Now, simply pour the coffee over the ice
cubes and mix it a little with a spoon. Let it sit for
a minute to cool down.
That's it. Now you know how to make Iced Coffee.
We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do during those
hot summer mornings or afternoons.
PS. You can also brew the coffee cold or let it sit at
room temperature for hours. But the above is by far the
easiest and fastest way to make a great Iced Coffee
