flat, and wide and have a nice texture to them. So what kind of noodles are in pho
you may ask? The noodles in pho are called Banh pho. Look for them
in your local Vietnamese store or in the foreign/international section of
your grocery store.
You don't have to go to Vietnam to get great pho. It is available
in many fine Vietnamese restaurants in America too. If you make it yourself,
be sure to put the Banh pho noodles in at the last minute to get the
best texture and consistency.
