Which states vote by mail?

Question: Which states vote by mail?

There are currently only two states that conduct their elections by mail only. The two vote-by-mail states are Oregon and Washington.

There are also many states that allow no-excuse voting by mail in addition to traditional voting.

We here at Research Maniacs think that all states should follow Oregon and Washington's lead by allowing its citizens to vote by mail.
