Difference Between Butter And Margarine
What is the Difference Between Butter And Margarine?
What is the difference between butter and margarine?
Here we will look at butter vs. margarine.
Butter is a dairy product. When milk sits, the fat
will float to the top. This fat is called cream and
if you churn it for a long time, it will harden
and turn into what we call butter.
Margarine is a vegetable oil. After you boil and
process vegetable oil, you sit back with what we
call margarine.
Besides that, butter is more expensive than
margarine, butter tastes better, margarine is better
to cook with, butter is harder to store without going
bad, the melting point for margarine is higher than that
of butter, and of course they taste different!
